Highlands Bar and Grill located on Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake, California is the rebranding of the long recognized Howard's Grotto. Howard and his family retired and Highlands has upscaled and upgraded all the good stuff Howard's Grotto was.
A revamped menu and improvements in the bar have made Highlands Bar and Grill the only traditional dining experience in Clearlake.
Reservations are suggested on busy nights, and the large banquet room (up to 40 diners) can be reserved for special events.
